How to sale House, Land or Condo in Chiang Mai tip.

To help you sale your real estate quicker, and get better price you will need:


  1. Street signs 3 or more location.
    1. One in front on your real estate.
    2. One in Front of your village.
    3. One or more to point the way to your house.
  2. Have web page in real estate website that have good amount of visitor.
  3. Brochures to give out to all your friend and people you know.
  4. CD of your real estate picture and brochures file.
  5. Contact real estate agencies.
  6. You should be prepare to give 3% and up.( 5-6% will sale faster)
  7. Prepare to spend 1%-2% of the sale price for advertising.

Note: You should have 5 CD and the total of 30 brochure printed out. 10 with your telephone number and 20 without your phone number for real estate agents to put in their number.

3.  มีโบรชัวร์ของอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่คุณสามารถแจกให้เพื่อนๆ และนายหน้า

4.  คุณจะควรจะมีแผ่นซีดีที่มีภาพของอสังหาริมทรัพย์ทั้งภายใน และภายนอก

5.  ติดต่อบริษัทนายหน้าเพื่อให้โบรชัวร์และซีดีของคุณ

6.  ควรเตรียมใจที่จะจ่ายค่านายหน้า 3% หรือมากว่านั้น (6% จะช่วยให้คุณมีโอกาสขายได้เร็วขึ้น)

7.  เตรียมใจที่จะจ่าย 1% ถึง 2% เป็นค่าการโฆษณา

คุณควรจะมี

-   ซีดี 5 แผ่น

-   โบรชัวร์ 30 แผ่น  10 แผ่นแรกควรจะมีเบอร์โทรศัพท์ของคุณ และอีก 20แผ่นหลังควรจะเว้นช่องเบอร์โทรให้ว่างไว้สำหรับเบอร์โทรของนายหน้า
